Napoli pasta machine comes with pasta dough making instructions to ensure fantastic homemade pasta every time.
The pasta machine rolls out the dough to an even thickness through tensioned stainless steel rollers, at a varyable thickness depending on the setting.
After the desired thickness is achieved, there are 7 thickness settings, the pasta is then rolled through the cutter blades to cut the pasta to the desired style.
The Napoli machine will make 140 mm lasagne sheets, 6mm fettuccine and 1.5mm linguine.
