Agreement By making a purchase with Italian Gourmet Hampers by phone or email or our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions at the time of your transaction.

Product Range All our Hampers have a full detail listed of their contents with images. Some products may from time to time change due to availability from our supplier and or seasonal availability. A similar product of equal value will be used if this is the case

The price including all taxes All items on offer are clearly priced. All prices include GST where applicable.

Information on delivery time and costs Please visit our Shipping & Handling page. If selecting Express Delivery options it is at the responsibility of the purchaser to make sure the post code for express delivery falls into the Australia Post post-code category for the selected service.

Confirmation of your order After an order has been placed an email will be sent to you confirming your order. If you do not receive this email, please contact our office as your order may not have gone through.

Need to cancel an order If your order has not been dispatched we are happy to assist you with a full refund. Please contact our office for a status on your order immediately.

Details of after-sales service  If, for any reason, any of our products do not reach you or your recipient please advise us immediately, all items have a tracking number, If an item arrives damaged we will happily replace the product concerned by sending an alternative. You will need to return the hamper (product) to us at the address above.

Coupon Codes Promotions will be run from time to time throughout any given year, only one coupon code can be redeemed against a single order. Coupons cannot be applied to orders already submitted. Please feel free to contact us and find out what promo codes may be available.

Gift Messages All gifts/hampers ordered from Italian Gourmet Hampers have the option to send a personalised gift message.  This is an open text box where you can leave a private message to the recipient. Gift messages are free as part of our added value service.

Privacy & Protecting Your Security We treat all your personal information as confidential it will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We take internet fraud seriously and may from time to time make contact with purchasers to confirm details if a transaction appears to be unusual.
